I am going to a girls night in tonight.

Everyone will take something snackish.

I have a camembert in the fridge.

How do I fancy up this rather pitiful offering?

I've got a beetroot, if that helps?

How about taking some bread sticks, carrot sticks etc and then baking the Camembert in the box when you get there. Hey voila! Very trendy cheese dip/fondue type thingy

Bake it with cranberry sauce over it.

Hack up a french stick or sliced (proper) bread and fry it to make croutons, yums.

Use a fork to squish the cheese, then add about half of the weight of the camembert in butter or cream cheese. Chop a couple of onions really fine and mix in along with a couple of tsps of sweet hungarian paprika powder.

Called Angemachter Camembert and should look like this

Angemachter Camembert sounds perfik, and pimping the camembert would make it more excusable that I've done nothing to dip in it.

Jalepenos etc sounds good too. Yum.

And the beetroot lives to fight another day!
