I am back on the weightwatcher bandwagon, but need some inspiration please. Preferably main meals rather than desserts, but either will do - we eat ANYTHING. Non-veggie, non-fussy household. Please inspire me

things we have been eating in the past few days -

Homemade burgers - 500g Extra Lean mince beef
1 finely chopped, cooked & cooled onion; 1 tblsp buttermilk; 1 tblsp worcestershire sauce; 1 tblsp soy sauce. Shape into 4 burgers and chill for half hour. Seal on pan with fry lite spray - then finish in oven for 5-6 mins. 3 points each Serve in one of the tesco finest ciabatta rolls that you bake (2.5 points each) with stacks of free salad

this spicy root & lentil casserole - made with fry lite instead of oil I'm working it out at 4 points per portion, adding more veg (whatever is left in the fridge) - it keeps well in the fridge for a few days if you have leftovers - Add tesco mini light choice naan for extra 2 points.

sticky pork with rice an stir fry veg - I think I pointed it a 3 points for the pork - it was lovely

recently weightwatchers brought out a recipe magazine called Irresistable - I got it in tescos and theres some lovely recipes in it

Chicken Curry - fry lite an onion, crushed garlic, grated fresh ginger, add curry spices and 2 tins chopped tomatoes and a chicken stock cube. Bring to boil - add in butternut squash, peppers, mushrooms - loads of free veg and then chicken breast fillet - Simmer until chicken cooked through - 15 - 20 mins - you only need to point the chicken - I've added lentils in at the beginning when I've been short of chicken, Stir in a squeeze of lemon and chopped coriander before you serve.

Hope this helps
