Just a question, does anyone use cake mixes regularly to bake with their DCs (or just for your own baking).

Would you buy more interesting flavours if they were available eg. sicilian lemon, red velvet?

we bake from scratch as dd loves breaking eggs

Have never ever used cake/bun mixes. It is far easier and much more fun to bake from scratch.

tbh i don't know of anyone who does use them but i guess that if they were marketed correctly then doubtlessly there'd be buyers

never use them - when I bake on own or with DC I do it from scratch - but I always have the ingredients in, and can whip up a tray of buns in < 10 minutes.
