Help! Need a sauce to go with this chicken dish but only have double cream and white wine in house

We've got chicken breasts stuffed with ricotta and wrapped in parma ham for lunch, with mash and veg. Need a sauce to go with but only have a small pot of double cream and a bottle of white wine in house. Any ideas of a sauce I can quickly whip up? MTIA

Got any garlic? I'd soften garlic in butter then add wine and cream and simmer the alcohol off. and then maybe add some chopped herbs if I had any (thyme maybe)

Sounds perfect, just throw them over the top!
Herbs, black pepper, maybe a bit of philadelphia?

personally i'd drink the wine
shallots/onions sauteed in butter,add chicken stock,bring to boil and reduce until thickened add cream
