How long to do I slow cook this beef joint for?

I've got a silverside beef joint that I want to slow cook overnight or first thing in the morning, it weighs 2lb 2oz, any ideas on how long to do it and what temperature, low, auto or high??

I would roast it in the oven but I'm crap and it always comes out tough as old boots!!

i alwys out a little bit of olive oil in with mine and cook it from 9am on high until about 5pm, i tell you its bloody lovely! can you put it on low before you go to bed? or do you get up early? i sometimes crumble an oxo cube on top and then near the end i had a bit of water in to make the gravy, i love slow cooked beef

here is my brisket recipe willow (using silverside). I am cooking it tomorrow.

I always cook my brisket in about an inch of water, and shake over some Lea and Perrins. I usually do the 'auto' setting but prob start it mid morning to eat about 5pm.
