question about freezing quiche

if you cook a frozen quiche can you freeze it when it is cooked and cooled? thats it really i am so thick when it comes to dealing with food.

I don't think you can as it will all go wrong with ice crystals in egg. Supermarkets stuff is done very quickly maybe with liquid nitrogen so no ice crystals form.
However, I am happy to be corrected.

you CAN freeze cooked quiche- i have just frozen 4 enormous ones for my folks' anniversary and we thoroughly tested the freezing/defrosting thing (yum).
