Got friends over for dinner tonight- a relaxed, hearty meal.
I found some lovely goats cheese the other day and wanted to serve it as a cooked starter. I was going to bake it in the oven, in foil and serve it with roast peppers, fresh bread and chutney. Has anyone got any better ideas?
Spaghetti with meat balls for the main course. Meringue and fruit afterwards. No cheese course.
