Battered chicken / KFC.....

At the risk of sounding like a pig I have an immense craving for KFC and as my OH is out tomorrow night I can make it in secret and away from his judging eyes

Can anyone point me in the direction of any nice recipes? A google search didnt bring much up,

T'is a secret recipe. Even the staff don't know what it is. It's delievered pre prepared.

AFAIk it's mainly just flour, but has added herbs and scpices.

I've checked Jamie Olivers website and he has a recipe so will try his!

This is a recipe for breaded pork escalopes but I'm pretty sure you could use chicken as well.
