Ive just made my own porkpie

What cut of pork did you use?

it was the home cooking one, currently £7.50 in smiths. its fab, really really good. trying her smoked salmon and leek pie tomorrow for dinner. all the recipes are well laid out and involve things that you either already have, or wouldnt break the bank to get. it was actually called pork and egg picnic pie.

I used pork mince, but it was a bit too garlicky with 2 cloves, so next time i shall just use half a clove.
