hi, have a tub of clotted cream to use up in the next couple of days. We've eaten extreme amounts of scones. Any other ideas?

Eat it with brown sugar by itself [yum]

I'd just settle down with the pot and a teaspoon. Don't sully it by adding it to stuff - just enjoy its wholesome goodness.

God I want some now. My formidable great aunt Hilda used to make it - wish I'd paid more attention to what she did.

oh ladies! that is such a naughty idea, not sure I can bring myself to do it. But so tempting! When will the baby weight come off?!

Just so you know, I made rice pudding in the end and it was absolutely gorgeous. Dd wouldn't eat much all day, but she managed half a bowl of it for her tea!
