Right, I have some cooked chicken left over from yesterdays lunch, some gammon which is currently cooking in the slow cooker, so will be cooked by this evening, and I want to make a chicken, gammon & broccoli pie. I have some creme fraiche, stock, and basic store cupboard items (but no white wine). Does anybody have a tried & tested recipe? If all else fails I'll make it up as I go, but I'd rather not. TIA.
