Yorkshire ladies?? Corned beef recipes please

Poeple keep telling me what a lovely meal you all make using corned beef in Yorkshire. Could i please have your special recipes?

corned beef pie. mASH up a tin of corned beef with a chopped onion and some worcester suacebake in a shortcrust pastry pie yum x

mashing a slice of corned beef into a jacket potato with some butter is a quick and easy and tasty use of corned beef and ideal if just cooking a lunch for yourself!

I am not a Yorkshire person but I make a corned beef hash by mixing up mash, corned beef, a good splash of Worcester sauce and some fried onions in a pyrex dish. Then I cover with cheese and bung in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

I serve with a generous portion of baked beans. DP sometimes mixes the beans in to the mash/corned beef mix to save having to use another saucepan.
