I've been on a diet for two weeks. I practically don't eat anything bit of fish and salad few grapes and if i get really hungry i eat half of banana. It's a torture but i need to loose my holiday weight finally it's march summers is coming won't be able to hide under lots of clothes....

But i'm craving chocolate like crazy that's all i can think of. Asked advice from my hubby and he said to go and have as much as i like. Not very helpful Any help? Ideas how to stop this naughty craving?

How about having a low cal hot chocolate? Cadbury highlights actually tastes pretty good if made with half milk half water. That's what I do when I'm on a no chocolate drive.

I've given up chocolate, biscuits and cake for lent so I feel your pain.

You could nibble a bit of licorice, it is supposed to help stop chocolate cravings. If you like chocolate drinks, this tea is quite nice,

Have a couple of pieces of the real thing...Green & Black's 85% is good. I find it's self correcting because if you eat too much (more than 4 or 5 squares, say) it makes you feel like you're on crack. (the caffeine content?) Have never actually BEEN on crack but imagine it has similar nerve-jangling effects

I agree with shona, I was given some Thornton's chocolate that was 85% (I think) and you really couldn't eat much more than 2 squares at a time. She's right tho it has caffeine, we made the mistake of eating some before bedtime and then were all buzzy and couldn't sleep!

of your low cal cadbury - I can't even have that

Oh well. At least I can eat custard
