I got on in our veggie box and have no idea what to do with it. Any ideas?

Is it butternut?

I would just chop it into chunks, put in a roasting tray, put a bit of olive oil over and season (lots of pepper) and roast for 40 mins or so. Have it with a roast dinner.

Doesnt look like a butternut squash. It looks like this one

I think that I can still roast it. Hope it tastes nice.
