hi

This sat i need to do nibbles.

Was thinking along the lines of some mini belini or mini pasty cases (do these exist>????, or am i making up!!??)

Have a veggie and pregnant woman so need to adapt to all.

Also want to decoate the plate with leaves of somekind and colour...any stunning looking effects anyone knows of???

Suddenly left this till last min and need ideas by sat please.

thank you.xxxxx

You can always get some dips like hummus, tzatziki, taramasalata.. and vegetables like peppers, carrots, baby fennel, radishes, blanched asparagus and green beans, witch will look great on a plate. try to do some mini scones if you're into baking quick and easy let me know if you need a recipe. pate is always good with bit of toast and green salad. Mini spicy lamb burgers with mint yoghurt... I need some nibbles on sunday so that's all I came up so far...

I like mini quiches.

Also big fan of puff pastry bites you can put blue cheese (or pasteurised cheese for mrs pg) tomato slices, frankfurters, salmon.

blinis and smoked salmon and creme fraiche or salmon eggs, lumpfish bit of dill to look nice.

boil some mini potatoes slice in half and have them on a stick with halloumi cheese in the middle or tomato.

asparagus wrapped in bacon or parma ham.

gabriele I wouldn't mind your recipe for scones please
