DH made it on Sunday and it is delicious, but is quite congealed now, and the dc don't really like it.

i'D MIX A bit more milk in to loosen it then freeze it in you sized portions

just eat it as it is

dC DIDN'T REALLY LIKE IT WHEN IT WAS oops fresh and lovely, so was hoping to do something creative with it. I was thinking along the lines of a sweet version of risotto balls or something, but I might be being a bit mad.

Thanks anyway

Eat it cold = delicious.

Warm it up = also delicious.

Send it over here!

What's leftover rice pudding?
Is it the same sort of thing as putting a stopper in a bottle of wine cos there's still some left at the end of the night??

minky if the dcs won't eat it regardless there's not much that you can do really
but maybe for the left overs after reviving it you could add a huge blob of fruit coulis
or maybe put it into pots and add sugar and brulee it?
all of mine are huge foodies btw but will only touch ambrosia despite trying nigella's choc version on them
