Thank you! It does look sickly doesn't it, but it's for DH. He thought you can buy instant stuff but I think that's going to be a dead end.

no, there's a recipe for it in one of DH's books. Hang on while I find it.

Yes you can options wicked white

3/4 cup white baking chocolate, chopped or grated

3 cups (750ml) milk

1tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla essence

Whipped cream

Heat milk, chocolate & cinnamon in saucepan until chocolate melts. Add vanilla. Serve with whipped cream on top.

Never tried this so you have to report back!

Thank you MissHardBroom for going to the trouble of typing it all out for me, but it's actually to send to DH who's in Afghanistan at the moment (very cold in the evenings apparently!). And I think the only facility he's got is a kettle.

I will try and track down the Options stuff Tortoise, that's going to fit the bill nicely . Especially if I send him some s too.

Well Tesco came up trumps so several sachets of white hot chocolate are now wending their way over to DH along with some caramel shortcakes, and I'm feeling like a Good Wife.

Little village a few miles north of Stowmarket. Often drive through Wickam Market on the way to the beach (in the summer!)
