get a tin of red or pink salmon, make up a parley sauce either fresh or from sachet and mix together. Add peas or carrots (whatever he likes) and mix with rice or cous-cous. My twins love it and so does my husband. If it goes too thick thin it down with a little milk. Personally I think it is horrible - but then I am not a great fan. But they actually rub their hands together in glee when they know they are getting it. Also full of omega 3 fatty acids, so great for them.

I put flaked cod in with mash, like a mini fish pie, but you can add cheese if you want ds is allergic otherwise i would its really nice

Ok, this is a good one. Take a tin of mackerel in tomato sauce, add it to cooked pasta, and serve with salad.

very nutritious, and so easy!
