don't think this recipe is quite right

Tis a vegetable tagine from riverford. It says it serves 4.
Amongst other ingredients it calls for:
3kg of veg
50ml of water.

After chopping up 1kg of veg, I realised quite how much veg 3kg was! and 50ml of water does not make an effective stew! As it is, we now have tagine coming out of our ears.

oh and it has 500g of raisins, which is quite a lot for 4 people.

500g of raisins!! Probably should have said 500ml water and 50g of raisins, I think. Have you got a freezer?

that would make more sense

In the end I did make it with a kilo of veg, about 300g of raisins (which was still a lot) and enough water to simmer it. It fed the 3 of us very well with enough for us all tomorrow.
dd liked it enough that she asked for it in her packed lunch. I expect its the raisins that swung it.
