What can I put in the slow cooker for my supper tomorrow?

I work all day (split shift) in a Chinese. I get free food from them, but I am sick to death of it. I often give my evening meal to DH with all the good intentions of making myself something when I get in. But I end feeling too hungry/tired and then buy myself a chinese or something from the Pizza shop next door.

I want to put something in the slow cooker, so it is waiting for me when I get home. But I don't even know how to use my slow cooker, never mind what to cook in it.

I'm not fussy. I'll eat anything, but I want a complete meal so I don't have to start cooking accompaniments when I get home and I want something relatively cheap because it's only for me.

sorry not good on complete meals as don't tend to cook pots/rice/pasta in mine. I just do a lot of normal recipes and put less liquid in - eg bolognese, chilli, stew, curry. or do whole bits of meat/chicken and maybe some veg and stock/small bit of water/glug of wine. or things like sausage casserole - sausages/onions/baked beans/tom sauce puree, onions, stock cube, garlic, herbs. or swap sausages for chicken or pork and add glug of white wine and some cornflour. or you could bring your chinese here and i'll cook for you???
