i had them the other evening at a rest and want to make them. Im sure they had cheese between the layers and def on top they were gorgeous

there are some on the food one at the moment - i've posted mine which isn't as nice as the posh one you had with cream/cheese but is more healthy and good for everyday

I love this! There are some great recipes on you tube for this, and great because you can see them actually making it! It's so easy anyway.

Potatoes
150ml double cream...single cream splits
200ml milk
2 garlic cloves
Nutmeg
salt and pepper

I also sometimes use Gruyere cheese on the top or between layers.
I also always soften the potatoes in the milk and cream before I place in the oven dish.
