Scallops.

Seriously - it's a classic combination. Cook both to your liking in your preferred cooking oil, maybe with a little garlic but not too much or you'll overpower the scallops.

Serve it as a slice of black pudding with a scallop piled on top. Drizel with a little of the cooking oil. Add something green (rocket?) and you have a very posh starter...

That or just fry it up with bacon for breakfast one morning lol

Try it crumbled into mashed potato
