We are having friends around for an Indian takeaway (it's my birthday and neither of us fancied cooking. The others are all better cooks than me ) What pudding(s) would you suggest serving ? Ideally something simple and quick! Would appreciate ideas. Thanks.

Pineapple fritters and ice cream. You can get the pineapple fritters from the take away so all you need to do is serve.

After Indian food it has to be mango sorbet!

Why don't you just have birthday cake and coffee. I think I would be too full after an Indian to have dessert.

pistachio ice cream

I was thinking mango sorbet too, and also pistachio ice cream

Thanks all. Will do an assortment of the above.
