Mustard Powder

Oh no!

Just cooking dinner and have realised I have no mustard powder!

Can I substitute mustard out of a jar? What would the quantity be? I need 1 tsp of mustard powder.

Yes you can. I think it might be a bit milder when ready made, so maybe a big tsp?

Don't use the powder myself but guess I would calculate what quantity 1 tsp mustard powder if added to water would make and go from there....
