Seabass recipe for grown-ups!

All our dinners have been fussy-child-friendly for such a long time I've got out of practice!

I just bought two gorgeous fresh sea bass for me and DH - DD is getting fish fingers as that is the ONLY fish she will touch.

I was thinking of doing, I don't know, whole fish with lemon inside, maybe bay leaf and garlic? All in a foil parcel?

I'd love to do something that looks lovely and posh-looking! I really do want to do the whole fish, not fillets or anything.

And does anyone know how long/what temp to cook whole seabass for?

OMG real grown-up food... mmm

I love Seabass.....silly response I know but it depends on the size. I cooked a massive one last week, it cost about £34 pounds and that needed around 40 minutes but if you're cooking smaller individual ones, they will take around 20-25 minutes on 180. If you're looking for recipes, take a look at the Mydish site, there are loads of Seabass ones on! Make sure you join the GOSH group while you're there
