We had Chicken Tonight last night, the Spanish one that is red with peppers and tomatoes. I added carrots, leeks, butternut squash and onions and both DD and DH picked out the squash (picky eaters much!).
Anyway there was loads of sauce left over, I made DH a lunch for work with the leftover chicken bits but I just took the leftover sauce and veggies, blended it, and poured in a little tin of baked beans.
It's absolutely gorgeous, I'm eating it for lunch as a thick soup but I'd love to make it again, maybe with pork or something as a sort of pork-and-bean casserole. And because it's blended you can't actually recognise any veggies.
Now DH will eat anything with a 'name', I'm sure he doesn't trust my cooking! If I say it's pork with a veggie sauce he wants to know what's in it. If I tell him it's - god, I don't know, Pork Supreme or something - he'll eat it.
So can anyone think of something to call it that sounds yummy? Supreme is out - I've used that so often he's got wise to it
