Cook a packet of linguine

Heat up a packet of passata

Throw in a pack of precooked seafood, some halved cherry toms and a good squeeze of lemon.

Add half a pack of spinach until it is just wilted.

Combine, top with fresh parsley and (optionally) finely chopped chillis

Serve with crusty bread and white wine.

or........a little more trad

chicken thighs or breasts ( skin on ) - roast

remove chicken and its skin, keep warm

deglaze roasting pan with white wine, glass or 2, add cream, a few tablespoons and a good handful chopped tarragon.

Pour sauce over chicken

Serve with new pots and green beans

Old stylie. Yum. My olds love it.

We've just had (and 'Twas delish) grey prawns stir-fried, added a pack of stir-fry veg, plus sauce and noodles.

Took about 10 mins max. You could add garlic and ginger, or Thai spices.
