If you could only eat one cheese for the rest of your life what would you choose?

I'm tempted to say mature cheddar as it's so versatile.

But oh god

What about Buffalo Mozzarella
and Feta
and Brie
and Manchego

I can't really bear to think about it, but I suppose Cornish quartz Cheddar.

Mature cheddar for me too, but surely we should also be allowed parmesan for pasta. 'Cause that's altogether different,no?

It would ruin my Christmas, only one cheese. I think I'd rather have none.
