I bypassed vintage veg in fridge and unwrapped a bar of fruit and nut - probably doesnt count as one of my five a day tho.

Bows down to cods wisdom and adds stokc pots to shopping order along with chicken that could be used for making own stock

My butcher gave me one free once and am a total convert.

They make excellent gravy.

my own made stock always looks like chicken flavoured washing up water.
