don't understand difference between them and using a stock cube

tummy rumbling thinking of su's soup though now so will have to rummage in cupboards for some chocolate healthy food

I bypassed vintage veg in fridge and unwrapped a bar of fruit and nut - probably doesnt count as one of my five a day tho.

Bows down to cods wisdom and adds stokc pots to shopping order along with chicken that could be used for making own stock

my own made stock always looks like chicken flavoured washing up water.
i know is me but hey

soup good for lunch though isnt it as it keeps you fuler longer - no idea why or how
