need a morroccan lamb-stew style recipe please...

for dinner tonight, something i can just throw in the slow cooker. does anyone have any good recipes?

i found this which looks nice, what do you think?

am a total novice.

I do it quite often, based on a Nigella recipe.

onions/leeks and garlic,
some grated fresh ginger, all sauteed in a casserole/lidded pan,
then add spices (ground coriander, cloves, cumin), a tablespoon of soy sauce, a spoon of honey,

Brown the meat in something, add it to pot

Then add other veg (depends what I have - eg carrots, parsnips) and a couple of chopped tomatoes, enough stock or water to just about cover - you don't want it too runny. Cook in oven for 2 hours at least.

30 mins before its cooked , add some red lentils to thicken the sauce, and some dried apricots or sultanas.

Check for seasoning and serve with couscous.
