Can I freeze biscuit dough?

Think I've made too much for the number of biscuits I need to make - can I freeze the stuff I don't use for next time - does it come out all right?!

probably, depends on the biscuit - the butterier the better, but ~not ones where you have to melt the butter / syrup etc

you can almost certainly keep it in the fridge for a day or two

Butter, egg yolk, flour, sugar ... no melting of anything involved ... so that's a good to go yes!
