Seriously lacking in imagination!
Tasty recipes, I guess chicken, pork. Not really fish.
But suitable for DH as well, who has a huge appetite!
your help would be much appreciated. cheers

Stir Fry - with chicken, pork or prawns. Turkey a very low fat alternative.

Soups - my faves atm are carrot & lentil and butternut squash & red pepper.

Substituting quorn mince (low fat) where you would use meat, e.g bolognese or shepherds pie.

Fish cakes - tinned salmon & tuna, bound up with a little mashed potato and spring onion, and fried using that 1 cal spray oil. Serve with low fat creme fraiche with lemon juice added.

We love fish, so anything steamed served with mountains of veg.

Tomato based pasta sauces - just go easy on the quantities of pasta!

Chickpea and aubergine curry

I find the BBC Good Food website always has some nice looking recipes in it's low fat section too.

BBC Easy Cook magazine has lots of healthy but simple recipes.

Try baking pork chops with a stuffing mix layered on top or grilling them wth apple sauce on top.

Quinoa has loads of protein (for your DH) and can be used like couscous or rice.
