Yup - do it all the time. I always reheat it in the microwave - depending on how much you have in the container, you can do it from frozen too. Just add a little bit of butter on the top before you reheat it.

yes.

It is a LOT easier to defrost if you put it onto a baking tray in 1 inch wide strips, and freeze it like that

i always do as it's a great time saver
i defrost then reheat on the hob on a low heat as i like v creamy mash

Yes. I always do extra mash and roast pot's saves me time and money so when I come in and am starving I can quickly reheat a meal for us.

It looks a bit watery when you first defrost it but once you've heated it a bit it is perfectly fine.
