DD is 6 1/2 months old and is now established on 3 meals a day. Have had conflicting advice as to when I can introduce other foods such as white meat, dairy and wheat. What did you all do?

I think you can do it now

oh hold on, wait 10months for turkey

i asked health visitor today that question. my ds is 6 months this week and is established on 3 meals a day. she told me he can eat wheat and dairy and anything. he can eat what i eat as long as its small enough or soft so he doesnt choke. the only stuff he cant eat is honey and nuts or peanut butter. he can have cows milk but only in wheetabix or something. he can eat cheese and eggs (as long as they are cooked well).

as long as is cooked.

turkey - must be true then!

if it's in a baby jar I guess so (they should only use the yolk), but otherwise I wouldn't give it to my dd, not at that age
