Dairy free pudding recipe anyone?

Must of course be absolutely delicious

rice pudding made with coconut milk, with brulee topping, is delicious

I have a few dairy free recipes for things like jam roly poly or chocolate pudding with choc sauce at the bottom.

Treacle tart can be dairy free or you can make rice pudding with soya milk or coconut milk.

Any of those appeal?

Thank you for your replies. I also have to make sure it's soya free and one of the party doesn't like coconut milk and another doesn't like choc things

Warm fruit salad?
Caramelised oranges?
Poached pears?

Serve the above optionally with an orange or lemon drizzle cake?
