The recipe is here

Normally do lazy pizza (ie on wholemeal muffins, pitta bread, baguettes or in tortilla wraps) so dunno if it would be worth the extra effort.

no but we make inside out pizza with tortilla wraps, ketchup and grated cheese, fold in half and cook in the fry pan (no oil)

For all the effort you may as well make the dough, add the toppings and bake it in the oven. Too much hassle to cook in the frying pan then grill. Make it, bung in the oven and 20mins later take it out is much easier.

I've done it and we like it. It's quicker than the oven method cos you can get the dough cooking whilst you prepare the topping. Can be a bit oily (but we're not scared of a little extra cholestrol).

I have started to make pizza bases and am stunned by how easy it is. Just flour, olive oil, yeast and water. I don't even bother to add the salt, got to be healthier.
