Hi can anyone please recommend a good multi-vit for my 4yo ds, he refuses to eat any veg and hardly any fruit, despite always being offered it. He is also fussy about chewy/jelly sweets and will not take any chewable vits, so a liquid one i can put in his drinks would be good?

HV recommended one called Minadex for ds aged 4 - It's 5ml orange flavoured liquid 3 times a day - It has iron as well as multi vit and works for us. I've bought it in the chemists and Tescos, hth.
