Good moussaka recipe?

I know I could google - but recipes are always better recommended.

Try the Delia one, a oldie but a goodie! I put more cinnimon in with the meat than she recommends though - it gives it more flavour.

The absolute best moussaka recipe in the world is Rick Stein's, it's amazing I'm going to make it this weekend! Enjoy

Spices in the mince make the difference for me, cinnamon, all spice, cumin (mmmmm)

The worst recipes I've found are those where you leave the aubergine raw...it just tastes a bit mushy unless you fry or grill it lightly oiled. I always leave it on kitchen paper afterwards to lose some of the oil.
