what can I do with half a tin of coconut milk?

Had curry tonight and about half a tin is left.
Can I make something sweet? Dessert for the kids?

Yy something sweet, a bit of pineapple, a slosh of rum et voilà, piña colada

Coconut rice ... don't have a recipe but sure you can google.

You can freeze it.

I put any leftover in a small tupperware and pop in freezer. It is too bloody expensive to waste!
