Found a great source for recipes

Hi.
Just wanted to share this with you all. I found this great website that sends out daily recipes from Monday - Friday.

It's quite quirky (based around a 1950's housewife). But all the recipes are max 550 cals, avg 5% sat fat and 30 mins to prepare and make. You also get a weekly shopping list

Anyway - been following for a couple of weeks and it's made mealtimes so much easier. Thought I would share my tip!

Mmmm intersting. I've registered, hope she comes up with some good idea. DP is is picky little beggar [grr]. Do you get a weekly menu or just one recipe per day?

CarolineDean · 12/02/2010 13:27

She sends a shopping list Friday mid-morning that tells you the meal plans. Then she sends a recipe each week. The shopping list for next week has already been sent out and I think it takes about 24 hours for your subscription to sync. But I can tell you meals for next week are Mushroom Stroganoff - Spinach,Ham and Goats'Cheese pancake - Marmalade Chicken & mash - Prawn Bhuna and Lentils - Chicken Chow Mein. Sounds pretty good to me.
