What do you think? Dh isn't sure.

Starter; this

Main; bouillabaise with all the trimmings

Pudding; this

Actually now I've written it all down I'm a bit , starter has croutons with a creamy dressing, main will have bread and rouille, pudding creamy and I was going to make nice biscuits to go with it.

Whaddyathink?

I want a roquefort starter and a lemony pudding but am quite open on the main as long as it doesn't have meat in it. My first thougt was a fish pie but I thought that was too creamy.

Oh bugger - jsut seen that I still haven't changed my nickname from my bout of anonimity!!

ooh yum I love Bouillabaise, if DH isn't sure, can I come to yours instead?

I think you should change the starter from something a bit cleaner tasting like otherwise it might all be a bit rich. what about tomato bruschetta?
