using up buttermilk?

any ideas? I've got half a pot, after dd make (horrible!) delia pancakes.

use it to marinade chicken, makes it all tender

proper muffins. use choc and banana or blueberries .

Bread or muffins would be great with buttermilk.

Nigella uses buttermilk for everything, marinading, muffins, cakes etc etc. Check out her website.

Jamie's Lemon souffle pancakes look nice.

If none of these appeal, remember you can add lemon juice to milk to use instead of buttermilk in a recipe - would stop you having some to use up!

As EleanorBuntingCupcake said, it's excellent in tenderising chicken.
