Chicken casserole with maggi cube- ok for 12 mo?

Just made a casserole- in a big pot, maybe 4 litres? Added half a maggi chicken boulion cube.
I know it's very salty, but can dd have a bit tomorrow for her lunch?
Paranoid question, I know.
Still, can someone reassure me that as a one off it will be fine.

Of course it will. i think.

For a one off, easily fine. Not sure how much salt that is though - I would look on the packet and see how much per cube, then estimate the size of her portion, ie one eighth of the entire casserole (or whatever) and divide the amount of salt by that. It will probably be less than you think. A 1-3 year old can have up to 2 grams of salt per day anyway.

It doesn't say on the packet. But apparently they can be 50-70% salt so that would make it, what, a half teaspoon for the pot? Not sure.
