Anyone found a good low salt bread?

Hi

My baby loves having a sandwich for lunch and I can get lots of good things into him with the variety of fillings we use, but all the commercially available breads are really high in salt. Being realistic I just know I'm not going to make all our bread, so can anyone recommend good low salt bread?

Well I know it's not what you wanted to know, but I've found the only way to really know what's in the bread we eat is to make it ourselves. But I don't get cracking with clouds of flour and my sleeves rolled up, we're just in a good nightly breadmaker routine.

There aren't any. My DD cannot have salt due to kidney problems, and I've read every label going. I make ours using a breadmaker.

Ah - you're all putting me to shame!

The only bread I have found to be slightly lower in salt than the rest is Danish bread (a brand name one is weightwatchers, but most supermarkets do their own version). It is available in white and wholemeal, and is nice and soft including the crusts (which is a bonus with fussy little people!)
