Yes, fine to defrost, if you defrost in a colanda or seive then you can remove a lot of water. I use plenty of frozen fish and a fish pie is always a winner, you could cook in milk in microwave and then use the milk for a cheese sauce, mash etc. Kedegree is also a nice supper meal. The list is endless because they are fillets not loins then lts difficult to wrap in parma ham but you could roll them up stuff with cream cheese and dill...ummmm

you could also poach them in milk and make fishcakes! Or you could make a nice fish curry.
