chocolate and banana cake
banoffee pie
banana ice cream

banana bread

banana muffins

banana split

banana fritters

My sister used to like banana sandwiches

< shudder >

the bread and muffins need to be made with very ripe nanas.

lol - I misread your thread title and thought the question was 'what to do with man bananas' - some kind of strange euphemism for male genitalia!!!
I would second banana bread - yummy.

Whats a man banana? Is it a willy?

BertieBotts · 06/02/2010 21:25

Freeze them and eat them frozen - they go like banana ice cream, weird.

I thought this thread was going to be rude because of the typo about "man bananas" so have no useful suggestions, sorry

my mum used to serve sliced bananas with her home made curry- yuk yuk yuk- don't do that!

moocowme · 06/02/2010 21:27

Baked or barbecued bananas make a change. See here or here

taffetacat · 06/02/2010 21:33

OP - of course smoothies are a v good use with some frozen berries maybe and milk/ice cream?

BertieBotts · 06/02/2010 21:35

A very quick google suggests that bananas are ok for people with diabetes.
