How much milk should my baby have?

She's 10 months and has 2 breastfeeds daily, as well as 3 good meals and 1 snack. Should she have any extra milk?

Does she seem satisfied by this? I would be happy if this was mine.
I have an 11mth old and she looks like she's dropping to one bf in the morning and one bottle of milk in the night, she was having one in the afternoon but that seems to go wasted.

to add.
actually to answer your exact question... don't know how much either a book or a HV would say...but I believe that your DD is the best lead to take from how much she shd have.
well done you, sounds like she's doing well.

yes she does seem satisfied- she was having a bf in the afternoon but mucked around instead of eating- now we've dropped it she takes more in the evening.

Just all the books say they need a pint on milk a day and I don't have a gauge on my boobs!

up to 1 year a minimum of 20oz is recommended but it doesnt all have to be in drink form as any milk with cereal, in foods, yoghurt, cheese, etc all count towards that total too.
