Candim's banana flapjacks

Am making these with DS. Am about to spread them on the tray but the mixture doesn't seem very wet. Is this right?

not sure about Candim's but I remember thinking the same the one and only time I made banana flapjacks. They were fine, lovely infact

Whoops it wasn't even Candim's recipe. In the oven now but they seem far too crumbly.

I substituted blueberries for dates and didn't use a whole cup so maybe that was why.
