It's my favourite 'secret' ingredient in

chilli
burgers
fishcakes
sweet and sour chicken/beef

Not a particularly glamorous ingredient but it really works.

Yum.

amen sister! and my daughter will eat anything if i put some on it!

I don't use it in my cooking but it sure does help DS eat a lot of things he might otherwise not eat.

Nothing beats a fish finger and ketchup sandwitch!

Ooh yes and I hear Rosemary Conley has a cunning way with ketchup and mayo to make low calorie thousand island dressing for your prawns.

Very nutritious too.

According to one of the US republican presidents, a good dollop of ketchup counts as a vegetable (but then, so do most recent US republican presidents)

All that lycopene actually is good for you (and even moreso for your menfolk)

Not only that but:

Ketchup is also very good for cleaning tarnished pans.

It is like wine and can be better some years than others, depending on the tomato crop that year.

My dd1 loves mixing it with mayo and making a pink sauce.
