using bread dough for pizza bases

we're having a pizza party tongiht nad i've bought bread mix to make pizza bases, but once i've mixed the dough and kneaded it and left it to prove do i then roll out to bases and add toppings and cook, or cook first then add toppings? also how long should i cook for?

Roll it out, add the toppings and then treat as a normal pizza. Definitely no need to pre-cook or you will end up with a biscuit.
